Unfortunately at this time, items are all final sale except in cases where the item is delivered defective.
If your glasses are delivered defective, please reach out within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and any photographs or videos if applicable. I will work with you to understand the issue and find a resolution.

Loosen or Tighten Fit
To loosen or tighten the fit of your glasses yourself, using an eyeglass screwdriver will do the trick. The necessary tool can be purchased online or in several stores. Here are some links to purchase through Amazon or Target. Here is a YouTube tutorial as well.
Another option is to take them to your optometrist and they can adjust them for you- usually free of charge!
